REFUND POLICY

Thank you and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you may exchange it for credit or request a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUND CLAIM PROCESS

All refund claims for unused plans or passes must be claimed within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Beyond 14 days, you may exchange your used or unused plan or pass for credit.

To request a refund or an exchange for credit, please email us at admin@ronniegreenpilates.com. We will process your refund or exchange for credit as long as you meet the criteria stated above. Please allow at least five (5) working days from the receipt of your claim to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

Live Stream plans and passes can only be exchanged for credit for other live stream plans and passes.
