Core Focus
55 MINUTES
This class ranges from basic balance and spinal awareness exercises to advanced movement patterns, emphasising precision and body control. Work to challenge your core strength, while lengthening your spine, expanding the chest, mobilising the shoulders and elongating the whole body. Come and feel the burn!
Pilates Mat
55 MINUTES
Pilates Mat is based on correct alignment, balance, precise initiation and spinal articulation. By activating the deeper stabilising muscles, working from the inside out with awareness and breathe, you achieve a full body workout that will be sure to leave you with better posture and feeling stronger.
Vinyasa Yoga
55 MINUTES
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Commonly referred to as ‘flow’ yoga, Vinyasa characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Contrary to Bikram or Ashtanga Yoga, this style offers a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things.
Live Stream Stretch Classes

Stretch Therapy re-aligns the body creating a lasting foundation for moving with ease. It increases range of motion, facilitates muscular balance, improves performance and reduces risk of injury. ST stimulates muscles, joints and the nervous system, increasing happiness and productivity with each session.

Pilates Barre will improve lower back and hip alignment and tone your bum and thighs. The focus is on leg and foot technique through movement with equal attention to precision and flowing motion. This class will get your feet moving whilst finding and centering your core!

Towelwork ranges from simple yet effective movements designed to balance, stabilise and mobilise the shoulder girdle and thoracic spine. Further benefits include improved shoulder range motion, posture by lengthening and stabilising the spine, and improves movement awareness and coordination.
Barrework begins with basic leg and foot techniques and progresses to an elegant movement class with equal attention to precision and flow in motion. Benefits include standing leg, foot and hip articulation, pelvic stabilisation and improves midline awareness and balance strength and flexibility.
Floorwork is an exploration of breath, dimension, dynamic and quality of movement, including lateral flexion and spinal rotation. It's a multidimensional movement experience and benefits include spinal articulation and floor strength. Develops overall flexibility and spatial awareness.
