ronnie green

Ronnie has been teaching Pilates for over twenty two years with her journey beginning after multiple injuries from cycling and motorcycling and years as a contemporary dancer. Practising Pilates got rid of excruciating pain, improved her physique and gave her indescribable mind clarity.

Her passion for Pilates was found in a Fletcher Towelwork class. That year she flew to Tucson, Arizona and studied at the Fletcher Pilates Headquarters crossing paths with Ron Fletcher, who had revolutionised Pilates through incorporating Graham-based elements of movement and dance into the equipment-centric structure of the original creation. Ronnie was the first person to bring the Fletcher method fully to the UK.

Returning to the UK Ronnie became Fletcher Faculty teaching a multitude of Pilates courses including the full Comprehensive Programme. She believes everyone can achieve ease in their movements. She has helped many people through a world of journeys including athletic performance, movement and gait correction, body rehabilitation, aesthetics and mental health related exercise.

matteo

Pilates brought profound transformation to Matteo’s health and vitality. His love for the method and the desire to learn about the complexity and beauty of the body, inspired him to train as a teacher to share the benefits with a wider community.

Prompted by osteopaths and tired of living daily with aches and pains in a hyper-mobile body, Matteo started Equipment Pilates classes.

Matteo teaches beginner to advanced level reformer classes, mat, group and private equipment classes, welcoming clients with various conditions, spine pathologies and injuries to help them during their rehabilitation process.

ulala

Ulala brings a wealth of movement experience and knowledge of the body gained during her career as a contemporary dancer to her understandings and application of Pilates.

She has been teaching Pilates for over 14 years and has taught a variety of different groups in both Japan and the UK. She teaches all levels and age groups from pre and post-natal clients to very elderly clients, and teaches injury work and rehabilitation, including pre and post surgery Pilates.

She has organised and run a number of Pilates and movement workshops for dancers in Japan. Through her dance career and two pregnancies she has discovered the fantastic benefits of the Pilates method and feels passionate about sharing this with her clients.
